Giallo is the word for yellow in Italian. This board features a bright giallo background with bold red, blue and black images of hands holding different weapons, stained glass windows with a woman looking longingly out and an eye looking through a peep hole. The planchette is the same giallo background with a bright red phone with a long chord twisting around.
This boards theme comes from my love for Giallo, a particular Italian film genre often centered around murder plots depicted in mystery novels with bold yellow covers that were popular at the time. Often with independent woman, black gloves, a red phone and twists and turns that keep you guessing. Favorite movies that helped inspire this board are movies by Dario Argento, Lucio Fulci and Mario Bava.
